What is a “producer-only” market?
Only vendors who produce the goods are permitted to sell at these markets. The folks standing at the farm stand are actually the farmers and farm workers.  No one is selling goods produced, grown or raised by someone else. In some cases, farmers may be selling additional product from another local farm in addition to their own products in order to provide a greater variety of products at the market. Easton farmers’ market has its own specific rules governing this practice, but these products are labeled to clearly identify the farm source.
