Farmers depend on their bodies to get the work done. When an injury can derail the entire growing season, it’s important to start with healthy strategies to protect our bodies, including backs, knees, wrists, hips, and shoulders. The Farmer Movement Workshop covers BETTER body mechanics and movement patterns in order to decrease injury potential, increase efficiency, and extend career longevity.

Topics covered include:

  • overall health related to personal well-being
  • movement practice of four high use movement patterns: hinge, squat, push, and pull
  • discussion of kneeling patterns, rotation, and core stability.

We’ll have a Q&A session, and each participant will leave with tips to improve their overall movement health and wellness.
