This summer, Rodale Institute is excited to host two organic, seasonally themed farm-to-table dinners on our historic Founders Farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Each dining experience is designed to coincide with the equinox, marking the beginning and end of summer. Immerse yourself in the foods, flavors, smells, and sights of the seasons.

Dinner will be served al fresco in the heart of our 40-acre farm. Organic vegetables and proteins will be harvested from our very own regenerative organic farm and prepared by prominent local chefs.

Saturday, June 22nd and Saturday, September 21st, 5pm. Space is limited to 48 individuals.
