Gauker Farms is an 8th, 9th, and 10th generation, 260-acre crop and beef farm in Fleetwood, Berks County. Lee and Jodi are the 9th generation to operate the farm. They grow corn, soybeans, wheat, and hay, and have about 40 head of Holstein steers, which they buy from within 2 miles of the farm (hyper-local). The steers are fed grain grown on the farm and are on pasture from June through November.
