High Point Kombucha is a small kombucha brewery in Allentown, crafting non-alcoholic, raw, unfiltered, traditional kombucha. We specialize in creating a large variety of flavors throughout the year, only using whole fruits, vegetables, and herbs, never using juices or concentrates. Flavors are developed to showcase the Lehigh Valley's seasonal harvests, and we strive to source our ingredients as locally as possible.
Our on-going mission is to make kombucha approachable, delicious, healthful, and a responsible part of the Lehigh Valley food culture.
